Wow! I've been wanting to learn how to implement electric-charge repulsion. What method did you use to calculate the gradient flow of knot energy functional?

I posted a model, at the Google 3D Warehouse, that shows how I built my previous geodesic weave (Worm Weave.) [link]

I used the same building progression, for this Geodesic Weave model.

I assume it was fully done with the...ermrm...forgot its name geosphere something plug in right?

Nope, no plugins.

I only had to "build" 4 components, so it's not time-consuming to model. The replications were easy, because of the radial symmetry of the underlying icosahedron template.
